Syringa vulgaris (Common Lilac) is a species of tree in the family Oleaceae. They are associated with freshwater habitat. They have purple flowers and capsule fruit. Flowers are visited by Yellow-shouldered Tumbling Flower Beetle, White Slant-Line, Canadian Tiger Swallowtail, and Pollen beetle. Individuals can grow to 20 feet.
