Nymphaea rudgeana (Rudge's Water Lily) is a species of perennial herb in the family waterlilies. They are associated with freshwater habitat. They are native to Rio Grande Do Norte, Amazônia, Maranhao, Paraná, Pará, Caatinga, Espirito Santo, Tocantins, Puerto Rico, Rio De Janeiro, Pernambuco, Piauí, ParaíBa, Sergipe, Minas Gerais, Bahia, Alagoas, RondôNia, Roraima, Mata Atlântica, Amapá, Ceará, Cerrado, and SãO Paulo.
