Cyathea arborea (West Indian Treefern) is a species of tree in the family scaly tree ferns. They are listed in cites appendix ii. They are native to Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands. They have pinnate leaves and brown flowers. Individuals can grow to 30 feet. They have alternation of generations.
