MATERIAL EXAMINED.—Holotype, male: BOLIVIA, DPTO. LA PAZ, quebradas del Rio Zongo, 1400 m, 24–30 Oct 1984, L.E. Peña G. NMNH Type.
Paratypes: Same date as holotype, 7, 4.
ETYMOLOGY.—From the Latin disterminus (“separated”), in allusion to the divided tenth tergum.
