Gymnocoronis spilanthoides (Senegal Tea Plant) is a species of herb in the family Asteraceae. They are associated with freshwater habitat. They are native to Mexico, Peru, SãO Paulo, Amazônia, Paraguay, Bolivia, Mato Grosso Do Sul, The Neotropics, Brazil, Pará, Rio De Janeiro, Rio Grande Do Sul, Argentina, Uruguay, Bahia, Minas Gerais, and GoiáS. They have achenes. Flowers are visited by common tiger, Euploea tulliolus koxinga, Vanessa indica indica, and Tirumala limniace limniace.
