Vigna unguiculata (Blackeyed Pea) is a species of annual herb in the family legumes. They are climbers. They are native to China. They have purple flowers and capsule fruit. Flowers are visited by Long-tailed Blue, Honey bee, Megachile bituberculata, and Megachile eurymera. Individuals can grow to 2.5 feet.
