1868.
Pileus cyathiform, cespitose, 18-25 mm. broad; surface brown when dry, glabrous: lamellae
decurrent, distant: stipe dilated above, 2.5 cm. long, 1 mm. thick.
Type locality: Cuba. Habitat: On dead wood.
Distribution: Known only from the type locality.
