Securigera varia (Crown Vetch) is a species of perennial herb in the family legumes. They are climbers. They are native to Iraq, Iran, Ukraine, Turkey, Estonia, Azerbaijan, Russia, Germany, Czech Republic, Lebanon, Spain, Poland, France, Armenia, Italy, Greece, Albania, Moldova, Turkmenistan, Syria, Belarus, Georgia, Romania, Yugoslavia, Eastern North America, Austria, Switzerland, Lithuania, Latvia, Hungary, Northern Africa, and Bulgaria. Flowers are visited by small white, Large Red-tailed Bumble Bee, Shrill carder bee, and Common carder bumblebee. Individuals can grow to 157.2 cm.
