Stromboidea Rafinesque 1815

Stromboidea is a superfamily of snails. There are 194 species of Stromboidea, in 45 genera and 5 families. This superfamily has been around since the middle triassic epoch. It includes groups like Ostrich Foot Snails, Rostellariidae, and Queen Conch. Dead Stromboidea form shallow marine sediments. They have sexual reproduction.
