Polistes dominula (European Paper Wasp) is a species of Hymenoptera in the family Eumenidae. They are native to the Palearctic. They visit flowers of Clustered Mountain-Mint, groundnut, Basket of Gold, and devil's darning needles. They are diurnal herbivores. They have parental care (cooperative breeding and female provides care). They rely on flight to move around.
