Horornis – rodzaj ptaka z rodziny skotniczkowatych (Scotocercidae).

Występowanie

Rodzaj obejmuje gatunki występujące w Azji i Oceanii^[3].

Morfologia

Długość ciała 9,5– 18 cm, masa ciała 6–25 g^[4].

Systematyka

Etymologia

Greckie ορος oros, ορεος oreos – wzgórze; ορνις ornis, ορνιθος ornithos – ptak^[5].
