Hydrophyllum appendiculatum (Great Waterleaf) is a species of biennial herb in the family Boraginaceae. They are native to The Contiguous United States, Canada, and North America. They have capsule fruit. Flowers are visited by Mock-orange Scissor Bee, Eucera dubitata, Atrichopogon fusculus, and Common Eastern Bumblebee.
