Salix cinerea (Grey Willow) is a species of tree in the family Salicaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Belgium, Switzerland, Norway, Estonia, Romania, United Kingdom, Germany, Azerbaijan, Moldova, Austria, Finland, Latvia, Italy, Albania, Czech Republic, Spain, Hungary, Kazakhstan, Yugoslavia, Turkey, Denmark, France, Bulgaria, Poland, The Netherlands, Greece, Belarus, Russia, Sweden, and Lithuania. They have simple, broad leaves. Flowers are visited by Platycheirus fulviventris, Didea fasciata, Honey bee, and hebrew character. Individuals can grow to 3.8 m.
