Echinocereus engelmannii (Engelmann's Hedgehog Cactus) is a species of shrub in the family cacti. They are listed in cites appendix ii. They are native to The Contiguous United States and North America. Flowers are visited by Eupompha elegans, Cactus Coreid, Honey bee, and Augochlorella pomoniella.
