Mastacembelus unicolor Cuvier 1832

Potamodromous. Migrating within streams, migratory in rivers, e.g. Saliminus, Moxostoma, Labeo. Migrations should be cyclical and predictable and cover more than 100 km.

Found mainly in upland streams but also reported to occur in lakes during dry season (Ref. 56749).
