Trachurus trachurus (Atlantic Horse Mackerel) is a species of ray-finned fishes in the family jacks. They are listed as vulnerable by IUCN. Individuals can grow to 70 cm. They have sexual reproduction. Reproduction is oviparous and iteroparous. They rely on carangiform to move around.
